Afternoon Nanny Needed – Earlwood, NSW

Contract Term: Minimum 1 year
Pay: From $40 per hour (Negotiable based on experience)

Days and Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm
• (16 hours per week)

A warm, progressive family in Earlwood is looking for a playful, gentle, and thoughtful nanny to assist with their two young children (1.5 and 4 yrs of age) in the afternoons. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys a calm, home-based environment and wants to be part of a loving, down-to-earth family. This is a long-term, ongoing position with room for flexibility and lots of heart.

Typical Day and Duties:

Childcare
Assist when children arrive home from daycare (~5:00 pm)
Help with bathtime, pajamas, and dinner
Occasional short walks to the park or around the block
Engage in gentle, calming activities and wind-down time

Household Support

• Arrive around 3:00–4:00 pm to help with light housework
• Assist with laundry, tidying, and basic meal prep

Expectations:

• 3+ years of experience as a nanny or working in child care
• Childcare qualifications preferred (Not essential)
• Have a current first aid certificate
• Have a current Working With Children’s Check
• Display strong communication skills and speaks English
• Non smoking
• Full drivers license (preferred but not essential)
