• Wednesday: 8:00 am – 3:00 pm
• Thursday: 8:00 am – 3:00 pm

A loving and fun family in Bahrs Scrub, QLD, is seeking a calm, gentle, and caring nanny to provide nurturing care for their two young daughters (1 and 2 yrs of age). The ideal candidate will create a safe, engaging, and enriching environment while assisting with light household duties.

Your Responsibilities and Typical Day

Childcare & Activities

• Arrive during breakfast and assist with morning routines.
• Engage the children in fun, interactive activities.
• Take the children for occasional outings (e.g., to the park).
• Prepare and serve healthy homemade snacks and meals.
• Manage naptime routines

Light Household Duties

• Tidy play areas and common spaces.
• Keep the kitchen in order after meals.
• Assist with laundry and occasional grocery shopping.
• Pet-Friendly Home – The family has a friendly cat and dog, so the nanny must be comfortable around pets.

Responsibilities

The family’s expectations from their nanny are:

• 3+ years of experience as a nanny or working in child care
• Childcare qualifications preferred
• Have a current first aid certificate
• Have a current Blue Card
• Display strong communication skills and speaks English
• Non smoking
• Full drivers license required and own car (car provided for work purposes)

Note: parents may be home during shifts or occasionally require the nanny to accompany them to work.
