Full-Time Nanny – Moonee Ponds, VIC

Start Date: 30 September 2025 ( Ideally)
Pay: $35–$45 per hour (Negotiable based on experience)
Contract: Long term/indefinite

A professional and warm family in Moonee Ponds are seeking an experienced and nurturing nanny to care for their two daughters, Aged 3 and 1 yrs.
The nanny will provide consistent, engaging care, supporting the girls’ daily routines, development, and play. With both parents working primarily from home, this position will suit a nanny who is confident, proactive, and comfortable working in a parent-present environment.

Days and Hours

Monday: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
Tuesday: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
Wednesday: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
Thursday: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm

About the Role

Care for the girls in the home (with occasional outings as trust builds)
Engage the girls in fun, age-appropriate activities both indoors and outdoors
Support daily routines including naps, meals, and playtime
Light household duties during the 1 year olds rest period (2–3 hours daily nap)
Collaborate with parents who work from home most days

Ideal Candidate

Experienced in caring for young children in a full-time nanny role
Warm, calm, and reliable with a genuine love for working with little ones
Confident balancing the care of two children of different ages
Organised, proactive, and happy to take initiative around the home
Enjoys spending full days with children and supporting their growth

Requirements

5+ years’ experience as a nanny
Current First Aid Certificate
Current Working with Children’s Check
Non-smoker
Strong communication skills and fluent in English
Full Drivers licence, clean driving record and confident driver (family car available)
