Full Time House Manager / Nanny in Greenvale, VIC

Contract length: 3 – 5 years
Pay: $35 – $45 per hour per plus super. Plus a fully maintained vehicle, fuel card and mobile phone
A wonderful opportunity for a dedicated and organised Household Manager / Nanny to join a professional home in Greenvale, VIC. This role is ideal for someone who can efficiently manage household operations while creating a warm and positive environment for the three school aged children aged 5yrs, 7yrs and 8yrs old.
The normal days are: 5 days per week, 45 hours
Monday to Friday – 7am to 4pm

 

The successful candidate will oversee the daily running of the home, ensuring it remains organised, well-stocked, and clean. The role includes house maintenance, laundry management, meal preparation, and family support, particularly assisting with three children.

Responsibilities

Family Support

  • Assist with childcare when required, supporting the daily routines of three children (5yrs, 7yrs, and 8yrs old)
  • Help with school and activity preparations.
  • Assist with organising children’s wardrobes, travel bags, and packing.
  • Supervise homework and after-school routines.
  • School drop off and pick up (walking distance)
  • Managing the children’s schedules, after school activities and driving them where needed
  • Supporting the family calendars & schedules
  • Walking the friendly dog on a daily basis

House Maintenance

  • Ensure all areas of the home are clean, organised, and well-maintained.
  • Implement a regular cleaning schedule, including seasonal deep cleaning.

Laundry Management

  • Manage washing, drying, folding, and ironing of clothes and linens.
  • Maintain a tidy and functional laundry area with stocked supplies.

Kitchen & Meal Preparation

  • Plan and prepare nutritious meals based on family preferences and dietary needs.
  • Handle grocery shopping, meal planning, and kitchen inventory.
  • Keep the kitchen clean and organised, including food storage and meal prep.

Stocking & Organising

  • Monitor and replenish household essentials, including pantry items, cleaning supplies, and personal care products.
  • Keep cupboards, shelves, and storage spaces efficiently organised.
