Nanny / Household Manager – Bayside, VIC

A professional and busy family in Bayside, Victoria are seeking an experienced, active and nurturing nanny/household manager to care for their delightful twin boys (21 months) and provide support in keeping their household running smoothly.

Days and Hours

• Monday: 7:00 am – 4:30 pm
• Tuesday: 7:00 am – 4:30 pm
• Wednesday: 7:00 am – 4:30 pm
• Friday: 7:00 am – 4:30 pm

About the Role

This is a hands-on role combining childcare, meal preparation, and general household organisation. The family are seeking someone who can form a loving, supportive bond with their boys while maintaining a calm, structured and engaging home environment.

The ideal nanny will be friendly, positive, highly organised, and experienced in caring for toddlers. Someone proactive who enjoys planning activities, encouraging development, and creating a nurturing atmosphere will thrive in this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and supervision for the children
• Follow and maintain the children’s daily routine
• Plan and engage in age-appropriate indoor and outdoor activities to support development
• Take the children for walks, to the park, and other outings
• Prepare nutritious family meals (organic and healthy where possible)
• Assist with light household duties — including laundry, tidying bedrooms and play areas, grocery shopping, and general household organisation
• Contribute to weekly household planning to ensure smooth daily operations

Family’s Expectations

• Minimum 10+ years’ experience as a nanny/house manager
• Experience with twins highly regarded
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Current Working With Children Check
• Strong communication skills and fluent English (additional languages welcome)
• Non-smoker
• Comfortable with dogs/Pet Friendly
