Nanny – North Curl Curl – Part Time
Part-Time Nanny – North Curl Curl, NSW
Start Date: 15 March 2026
Contract Term: Minimum 6 months, option to extend long term
Pay: From $40-45 per hour depending on experience
A warm and active family based in North Curl Curl is seeking a calm, nurturing and experienced nanny to care for their newborn baby (6 weeks old) one day per week. This role would suit someone with strong infant experience, career nanny ideally with Early Childhood qualifications (or working towards them), who is looking for consistent weekly hours in a relaxed beachside environment.
Days & Hours
Thursday
8:00 am – 5:00 pm
*An additional day may be added in the future
The Role
A typical day will involve:
- Providing attentive and responsive care for a newborn
- Supporting feeding, settling and sleep routines
- Engaging in age-appropriate sensory interaction and developmental support
- Assisting with light household tidying
- Preparing the occasional meal

The Ideal Nanny
The family is looking for someone who is:
- Calm, patient and nurturing
- Highly experienced with newborns
- Studying or qualified in Early Childhood Education (or similar), or working towards it
- Reliable and organised
- Confident supporting newborn routines
- Comfortable in a relaxed family environment with one parent working from home most days
The family values a healthy, active lifestyle and maintaining a warm, supportive home.
Pets
- Two friendly family dogs (a Labradoodle and a Golden Retriever).
- The nanny is not required to care for them but must be comfortable around dogs.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a nanny or in childcare (with newborn experience essential)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Current Working With Children Check
- Strong English communication skills
- Non-smoking
