After-School Nanny – Ningi, Moreton Bay QLD

ASAP Start (Flexible)
Pay Rate: $40-45 per hour (Negotiable for the right candidate) + kms and petrol for vehicle use
Long Term Role

A lovely family in Ningi, Moreton Bay area of QLD are seeking a kind, reliable, and proactive nanny to care for their two boys aged 3 & 1.
This role is perfect for a nurturing nanny who enjoys helping with after-school routines, supporting a busy household, and creating a calm and caring afternoon environment.

Days and Hours

• Monday to Friday: 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm

About the Role

The family are looking for someone to provide consistent support in the afternoons — assisting with the afternoon pick-up routine, playtime, light household duties, and preparing simple family meals.
You’ll be someone who can build a genuine bond with the children, keep them engaged and happy, and bring a positive, steady energy to the home.

Key Responsibilities

• School/kindy pick-ups (if required)
• Engage the children in fun, age-appropriate play and activities
• Assist with homework and reading
• Prepare and serve children’s dinners
• Support the evening routine (baths, tidying up, etc.)
• Light household duties — including tidying play areas, folding children’s laundry, and loading/unloading the dishwasher
• Maintain a safe, caring, and positive environment

Requirements

• 3 years + previous nanny or childcare experience
• Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• Confident driver with own car/Full drivers licence
• Strong communication skills and fluent English
• Non-smoker
• Comfortable around pets (family has two friendly dogs)
