Part-Time Nanny for Twin Newborns | Rosanna VIC

Start Date: ASAP
Contract Term: 12 months/long term
Pay: $35–$45 per hour (based on experience)

A relaxed and easygoing family in Rosanna, VIC are seeking a part-time nanny to support Mum at home with the care of their twin baby boys (born March 2025). This role is ideal for a warm, experienced nanny with confidence caring for newborns and, ideally, twins/multiples. You’ll be working alongside Mum, offering a second pair of hands for feeding, settling, cuddling, and all things baby. Your help will also allow Mum to rest, recharge or tend to other household tasks.

Days and Hours

2 daytime shifts per week between Mon -Fri (exact days/times flexible and can be discussed

Ideal Nanny:

Experience with twins or multiples is essential
Comfortable caring for newborns
Open, friendly and happy to take guidance from Mum on sleep best practices and preferences
Able to support calmly and kindly in a shared-care environment

Responsibilities and Typical Day:

Gentle care and settling of twin newborns
Feeding support (bottle or otherwise)
Following parents’ guidance around sleep and routines
Occasional light tasks if/when time allows (optional – e.g., baby laundry or bottle prep)

Expectations:

5 -10 + years of experience as a nanny or working child care
Childcare qualifications are not essential, but demonstrated hands on experience with newborns/twins is a key requirement
Have a current first aid certificate
Have a current Working With Children’s Check
Display strong communication skills and speaks English
Non smoking
Whooping cough vaccinated
