Part-Time Nanny – St Ives, NSW

Start Date: ASAP
Contract Term: Minimum 10 months
Pay: $45 per hour

A kind, fun and reliable nanny is sought to support a family in St Ives with after-school care on a fortnightly basis. This role is ideal for someone looking for consistent but part-time hours and who enjoys supporting school-aged children with their afternoon routine and activities.

Days and Hours

2 afternoons per fortnight
(Every second week only)

• Monday: 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm
• Tuesday: 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Flexibility to swap days to Wednesday or Thursday may be possible, subject to other commitments.

The role involves school pick-ups, transporting the children to afternoon activities, and supporting them through their after-school routine in a calm and positive way.
Activities include:

• Gracie Barra Jiu Jitsu, Pymble
• Monday: 5:00 pm
• Tuesday: 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm

Responsibilities

• School pick-up (approximately 3:15 pm, times may vary)
• Driving children to and from activities
• Assisting with homework
• Supporting shower and evening routine
• Heating pre-prepared meals and occasional simple cooking (instructions provided)
• Feeding the family cavoodle

Requirements

• 3+ years working as a nanny or in a childcare related role
• Childcare qualifications preferred but not critical
• Current Working with Children’s Check
• Valid First Aid and CPR
• Full Driver’s licence required and own car preferred though family vehicle can be made available
• Homework support experience helpful

Additional Information
