We are seeking a happy, fun and calm nanny to assist a busy family in Wakeley. The nanny will be responsible to care for a happy and active 9 year old girl.

The family is looking for someone to stay with them long term and build a lovely relationship with their 9 year old girl.
The carer’s responsibilities for this role will be as follows
- Care for the child
- Provide routine and structure
- Pick up from after school care
- Assist with light household duties i.e. keeping the kitchen surfaces clean and tidy
- Assist with homework
- Assist with dinner and lunch prep
- Grocery shopping may be required occasionally for dinner and lunches
Start date: ASAP
Contract: 12mths with the option to extend to a permanent position
Pay: From $28per hour depending on experience
The days and normal hours over 5 days – 15 hours per week
Monday 5.00pm – 8.00pm
Tuesday 5.00pm – 8.00pm
Wednesday 5.00pm – 8.00pm
Thursday 5.00pm – 8.00pm
Friday 5.00pm – 8.00pm
Care will not be required in the school holidays
Please Note: Full Drivers Licence required (Must drive own car-petrol to be reimbursed)

The family’s expectations from their nanny are –
- 2-3 years experience as a nanny or working in child care
- Child care qualification (preferred)
- Fun, calm and happy personality
- Motivated and reliable
- Speak Fluent English (First Language)
- Have a current first aid certificate (or happy to obtain one)
- Have a current working with children’s check number
- Display strong communication skills
- To be fit, healthy and active
- Full Drivers Licence and clean driving record
