A professional, respectful and loving family in Wentworthville are seeking an experienced, calm, and nurturing nanny to care for their 1 year old baby boy.

An ideal nanny will be dedicated, loving and patient. A nanny that can follow the baby’s routine and is good at structuring the day.

A nanny that is active, bubbly and enjoys planning age appropriate and fun indoor and outdoor activities which will aid in the baby’s development. A nanny that is flexible and can adapt to the different needs of the baby whilst supporting and working alongside mum, who is currently on maternity leave.

The family are looking for the nanny to become part of their family, nurture and take care of the baby and stay with them on a long-term basis.

You will need to be comfortable being around pets as the family have two small dogs.

The carer’s responsibilities for this role will be as follows-

To care for the baby (feeding, bathing, nappy changes)
Follow the baby’s routine
Play and engage in age appropriate activities to assist in the baby’s development
Cook and prepare meals for the child
Take the baby out for walks
Assist with some light household duties
Family laundry

Start date: ASAP

Long Term / Permanent Full Time Contract 12+ months

Pay: $35 ph plus super depending on experience (negotiable for the right candidate)

The days and normal hours are:- 2 days – 18 hours per week

Wed and Fri 8.30am – 5.30pm

The family’s expectations from their nanny are-

Must have a minimum of 3 years nanny or child care experience
Childcare qualifications preferred but not essential
Young baby experience
Have a current first aid certificate (or happy to obtain one)
Have a current working with children check
Display strong communication skills and speak English
To be fit, healthy and active
Non-smoking
Up to date with all vaccinations
NSW drivers licence and clean driving record
