A fun and loving family in Whale Beach, NSW are seeking a an experienced and caring, fun nanny to assist in the care of their 2 yr old boy.

The family are also due a second baby arriving early 2025

Normal days: 2 days per week

Days & hours are:
Wednesday: 12:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Thursday: 12:00 pm – 7:00 pm

The family is looking for someone who is fun, caring and has a bright personality with a can do attitude.

A nanny that is interested to actively engage in indoor and outdoor activities with the toddler which will aid in his growth and development. Someone who doesn’t mind active boys and can be playful.

A nanny who is organised, trustworthy, responsible and reliable, can use initiative to get tasks set and done.

Prior experience/professional qualifications working with toddlers is highly advantageous for this role.

Mum will be at home with the new born so the role will involve keeping the toddler happy and content and assisting with household duties as described below.

The carers responsibilities for this role will be as follows:

• To care for the toddler
• Follow the toddlers routine
• Plan/Play and engage age appropriate activities to assist in the toddlers development
• Take the toddler out to the (park, supermarket, playgroup): activities
• Light household duties ..help with cooking and shopping for meals, help with laundry folding and sorting & tidying up.

The family’s expectations from their nanny are:

• 3+ years of experience as a nanny or working in child care
• Childcare qualifications preferred
• Have a current first aid certificate
• Have a current Working With Children’s Check
• Display strong communication skills and speaks English
• Non smoking
• Able to Cook
• Able to Swim and be confident in the pool with a toddler
• Full drivers license and own car preferred
