Our Story: From a Mum’s Challenge to Little Lovelies
I’m Jacq, a mum of two adorable girls and proud owner of Little Lovelies Nanny and Babysitting Agency. Moving to Australia from the UK made me realise the challenges of raising a family without a support system. That’s why I created Little Lovelies – to be your village and offer the help you deserve!

All of our Lovely Nannies and Babysitters go through a rigorous recruitment process including background and reference checks and a face-to-face interview with our team (all of whom are mums too!). They must have a minimum two years paid experience working with children and hold WWCC and current First Aid certification.
When children are sick, many parents struggle to find childcare solutions. The thing that sets us apart from daycare and nannies and babysitters booked through online platforms (not dedicated agencies like us) is continuity of care. If your little one is sick, you’re not left scrambling to find alternative care or having to take a day off work. Similarly, if your Lovely Nanny or Babysitter becomes ill, we’ll find a replacement for you. You needn’t worry about a thing!
