Our temporary nannies and babysitters are available for a minimum of 3 hours a day for one-off or fixed term bookings of up to 3 months.

They can come to your home, event venue, Airbnb, holiday house or hotel. We’re a preferred partner for hotel babysitting services with many of the leading hotels.

Additionally, if you need someone to care for your children overnight, we can find overnight nannies, or a specialist baby night nanny for those with infants who wake or need sleep training.

If you would like to employ a nanny to join your family for a longer term or on a permanent basis we can find you a permanent nanny

Use the Book Now button to take you through to our booking form & you can also download our Little Lovelies App from you phone app store for fast updates on your booking

Complete the form ensuring to include as much detail as possible

Submit the form & Pay the booking fee

Once we have checked to see who is available on the date/s you have booked, you will be assigned one of our fully vetted carers who has age appropriate experience

Your carers profile will be emailed to you

You will be able to chat and to the nanny and introduce yourselves via the chat channel in your App profile

For multiple day bookings we will always do our best to send you the same carer, but this is sometimes not possible as our nannies are in high demand

On the rare occasion we are unable to source an experienced carer for you, we will refund your daily booking fee.

Our childcare support can help from early morning to late into the night. We can also help with an overnight nanny requests.

Now there are absolutely no excuses – lock in that date night, RSVP to that wedding invitation or give yourself some “Me” time. Your little lovelies will be well looked after.

Our booking fees are charged per shift, and are paid prior to searching for a carer.

We will refund your daily booking fee on the rare occasion we are unable to source an experienced carer for you.

Booking fees exclude the babysitter or temporary nanny’s hourly rate.

You pay the hourly rate / wages directly to your babysitter or nanny by bank transfer at the end of the day.

Please note: carers are paid for the full time booked, even if the job ends early.

As independent contractors, the carers are responsible for their own financial affairs and regulatory obligations.

Specialist Carers

Baby Night Nanny – $45.00 per hour – A bed with clean sheets will need to be provided for the nanny to rest in whilst your baby sleeps. If the bed is not located in the babies room then a monitor will need to be provided for the nanny.

‍Overnight Nanny – (when not caring for a baby) will be charged at our standard hourly rates. If your child wakes during the overnight booking then the night nanny rate of $45.00 per hour will be applicable. A bed with clean sheets will need to be provided for the nanny to sleep in.

Unfortunately we are unable to assist with overnight requirements if both parents / caregivers will be travelling overseas or interstate.

We require for each shift to be for a minimum of 3 hours.

cancellation fees

Once your booking has been confirmed via a confirmation email from the Agency, our booking is non-refundable.

Confirmed booking cancellations shall incur a cancellation fee charged as follows:

$75.00 when cancelled less than 12 hours prior to commencement
$100.00 cancelled less than 4 hours prior to commencement
If the shift is cancelled with less than 1 hours notice or not cancelled at all, then the full expected pay, will be charged for that shift

Cancellation fees are charged to the same credit card used to make the booking and the fees are shared with the carer to cover some of their loss of wages.

If you need to cancel a shift / booking, you will need to cancel in your profile and select the shift you wish to cancel. This will then notify us and the nanny of your cancellation.

Our cancellation policy is in place to protect nannies, their time and their ability to earn an income.
Our cancellation policy helps us have a pool of nannies that is willing and able to work with families, and even commit to last-minute babysitting appointments because they know that their time is respected and protected.
