Tues and Thurs 2.30pm - 7.30pm
About the Family
A friendly and compassionate family in Lane Cove West with a beautiful 15-month-old daughter. The family values good communication, healthy habits and working together as a team. They see their nanny as an extension of the family and want someone who will feel valued, supported and genuinely welcomed into their home. The role will focus on enriching their daughter's day while also helping Mum with the day-to-day mental load and some light household tasks.
The Role
The primary focus of the role is providing attentive and loving care for a happy and growing 15-month-old girl while supporting her daily routine and developmental milestones.
Responsibilities may include:
- Engaging in age-appropriate play and developmental activities
- Supporting naps, meals and daily routines
- Reading, singing and encouraging early learning
- Taking her for walks and outings where appropriate
- Creating a safe, happy and stimulating environment
- Driving the child when required
- Helping to make Mum's day-to-day life a little easier
- Finding ways to enrich and make the most of her day
Household Duties
Childcare will always be the priority; however, during nap times or when appropriate, assistance with light household tasks would be appreciated, including:
- Tidying toys and play areas
- Child-related laundry
- General light household tidying
- Light kitchen duties

Requirements
- 3+ years' previous nanny or childcare experience preferred
- Childcare qualifications highly regarded
- Current Working With Children Check
- Driver's licence
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate, or willing to obtain
- Strong English communication skills
- Non-smoker
- Another language would be a bonus
- Bonus points if you play a musical instrument
- Bonus points if you play or teach a sport
