Pay: $45 per hour plus petrol and kms to be reimbursed

Schedule: 3 mornings per week
Days & Hours:

Monday: 6:30am – 9:00am
Tuesday: 6:30am – 9:00am
Wednesday: 6:30am – 9:00am

About the Family

A warm and caring family in Noble Park, VIC is seeking a gentle, reliable and energetic nanny to support their 7-year-old son with his morning routine and school drop-off three mornings per week.
The family values kindness, empathy and trust, and is looking for a nanny who will provide calm, consistent support while building a positive and meaningful relationship with their son.

The Role

This is a before-school role focused on helping the family's morning routine run smoothly and ensuring their son has a positive start to each day.
A typical morning may include:

Arriving at 6:30am
Assisting with the morning routine
Helping prepare breakfast if required
Assisting with getting dressed, including socks and shoes when needed
Encouraging independence and confidence
Providing calm, engaging support
Driving the child safely to school

Driving Requirements

Full driver's licence required
Own reliable vehicle required
School drop-off each morning

Ideal Candidate

The family is seeking someone who is:

Kind, gentle and patient

Understanding and supportive
Confident building positive relationships with children

Experience supporting neurodivergent children would be highly regarded, although it is not essential.

Requirements

Childcare qualifications preferred (early childhood qualifications would be highly regarded)
2+ years previous experience caring for school-aged children is essential
Experience supporting neurodivergent children is desirable but not essential
Current Working With Children Check
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
Full driver's licence
Own reliable vehicle
Excellent references
Non smoking

Additional Information

Their son is a funny, kind and affectionate 7-year-old with Level 2 Autism. He may occasionally require assistance with breakfast and getting dressed, particularly with putting on his socks and shoes. The family is looking for a nanny who will approach each morning with patience, encouragement and warmth, helping him begin his school day feeling happy, confident and supported.
This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced nanny seeking a rewarding long-term role with a welcoming family.
