This is a great opportunity to work with a professional family in Killara. The family are seeking an Executive House Manager that can assist with the day to day running of the household.
Tasks involve cooking meals, laundry (washing, hanging, folding, ironing and organizing in wardrobes), housekeeping (vacuuming, maintaining order, tidying up, arranging rubbish), grocery shopping, and running errands. Additionally helping maintain the property e.g. by organising a gardener and pool service to come on a regular basis and setting up appointments.
At times you will be asked to care for the children of the house, helping prepare breakfast and lunches and occasionally picking up from school and taking the children to activities.
Start date: ASAP
Contract Length: Permanent / long term
Pay: $40-45 per hour (depending on experience)
The days and normal hours are – 5-6 days
Full Time between Monday – Sunday
Flexibility on hours and days for the right candidate
Likely start time of between 6-8 am and finishing between 3-6pm
The family’s expectations from their House Manager are –
- Must have a minimum of 3+ years household manager experience
- Have a current first aid certificate (or happy to obtain one)
- Have a current Working with Children’s check
- Display strong communication skills and speak excellent english
- Full Drivers License and clean driving record
- Able to cook
- Non smoking
